General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. conclusion of contract
By booking the vacation apartment "Dream on Rhodes" (verbally, in writing or electronically), a rental agreement is concluded between the guest (tenant) and the landlord. With the booking, the tenant recognizes these terms and conditions.
2. rental property
The vacation apartment is made available to the tenant for the agreed rental period for exclusive use for vacation purposes. The apartment may only be occupied by the agreed number of persons.
3. rental price and terms of payment
The total rental price is shown in the booking offer.
- Deposit of 50% within 7 days of booking
- Final payment no later than 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings: full payment due immediately
4 Cancellation by the tenant
The following charges apply in the event of cancellation:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- 59-30 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price
- 29-0 days before arrival or no-show: 100 %.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
5. withdrawal by the landlord
The lessor may withdraw from the contract if fulfillment becomes impossible, e.g. due to force majeure, unforeseeable damage or other important reasons. Payments already made will be refunded. There are no further claims.
6. arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 16:00
- Departure: until 11:00 am
Other times possible by arrangement.
7. use and liability
The apartment must be treated with care. Damage must be reported to the landlord and replaced by the tenant. Smoking and open fires are not permitted in the apartment. Pets only by arrangement.
8. house rules
The house rules are part of the rental agreement and are available in the apartment or will be provided upon booking.
9 Liability of the landlord
The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to property brought onto the premises or for accidents, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
10. data protection
Personal data will only be used to process the tenancy and will not be passed on to third parties.
11. place of jurisdiction
Greek law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the lessor's place of residence, if legally permissible.
